Personal Care Tasks include: assistance with dressing and undressing, assistance out of bed, assistance with washing, assistance with toileting needs, back to bed assistance, night time security call, stoma bag and colostomy bag care, catheter care, shower/bath call. All staff are fully trained to perform specialist tasks.

Practical Care Tasks include: preparation of breakfast, lunch and evening meal, fire lighting service, make and change beds, basic hygiene cleaning, supervision of medication, shopping service, pension collection service, social support and befriending service, silver polishing. All tasks are undertaken in a friendly and professional manner.

Day Sitting Service: This service is designed to give respite and support to families caring for a relative or family member.

Night Sitting Service: This service is designed to give night time respite to those caring for a relative or family member.

Because we specialise in the Direct Payment Scheme, we assist with setting up specific bank accounts and offer advice and support with the administration side of this. We also offer a more extensive level of service, performing tasks which the elderly or those with disabilities struggle with during their day to day life.
