TUK Metal Partitions Supplier specialize in roll forming, an operation using forming sheets.  Strips of metal sheet are passes between several consecutive sets of rolls, or strands, each performing only one incremental part of the bend, until the desired cross-section profile is obtained.  Roll forming is ideal for producing parts with long lengths or in large quantities.  There are many different finished which can be achieved with roll forming, including the rolled edge finished, the square corner, rounded corners and the rounded edge.
