Mark Thompson and Sonia Dawson established our company towards the end of 2005. Since then we have enjoyed fantastic growth and massive interest in our wide range of ice- creams and sorbets.

At Barnam’s ice- cream we manufacture a delicious range of ice- creams and sorbets. We only use the finest ingredients sourced from around the world and because we don’t buy our ice- creams from anyone else, you can be guaranteed great quality every time.

We offer a stock of over forty flavours throughout the year, although we are also introducing new and exciting flavours to complement our existing range. Our products are made in our modern plant in Bangor and then distributed throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.

We supply hotels and restaurants, ice- cream parlours and coffee shops with our great quality ice- creams and sorbets. We also offer cones, sauces, wafers and even really eye catching Barnam’s branded tubs and signage…everything you need to get started. We can also source display cabinets and ice- cream machinery to maximise your profits.

2007 is expected to be a great year for Barnam’s with our first retail outlet opening in one of Northern Ireland's largest shopping centres. Franchise opportunities will also be available shortly afterwards, a great opportunity to be part of the Barnam’s brand.
