• All work required by the Registry of Companies, including the preparation and submission of accounts, maintenance of ownership records, submission of Annual Returns and changes of shareholders and directors.
• Supervision of, and regular liaison with, contractors regarding the maintenance of property and grounds.
• Organisation of, and attendance at, Annual General Meetings and periodic meetings of Directors
• Preparation of annual budgets and accounts.
• Assessment and collection of service charge payments.
