Step2IT has extensive experience in development of corporate technology strategy, e-commerce, project management telecommunications, infrastructure and operations management.  In addition to this knowledge base Step2IT has experience in ownership of multiple concurrent international projects thus demonstarting ability to work calmly under pressure and to deliver project goals. 

The services are offered via four methods:

1. Consultancy- This involves giving advice and/ or training on a full range of technology topics.

2. Project Management- This is the next stage up from consultancy and the services offered are to manage and deliver a full cycle project management of a technology led project covering all aspects from design, procurement, implementation, testing and approval.

3. Interim IT Management- Interim management is the supply of highly qualified professionals at short notice to roles for a pre-determined length of time.  Interim Management is the ideal solution for a business that is going through a period of crisis, change or transistion.

4. Virtual IT Management- This is a unique service where Step2IT is retained part-time by the business to provide a full IT management service. Business who don't currently have their own IT team would retain Step2IT as the virtual IT manager for a specified number of days per month on site plus additional on-call work.
