• 24 hour Claims Notification and Advice: With our experienced staff and panel of solicitors at hand you can be confident that your clients will receive the appropriate advice right from the beginning of their claim.
• Claims Management: Where possible we will contact the third party insurers directly with a view to settlement of non-contentious claims without involving solicitors. Such action should in the long run reduce the burden of litigation costs to our industry. However, should liability be contended or injury arising then the file will be passed to our panel solicitors for immediate action.
• Legal Assistance: If we agree with our panel solicitors that there is a basis for legal action and that reasonable prospects of recovery exist then your client will be able to pursue the matter absolutely risk free. No legal fees will be asked from your client, even should the case fail whereby the claimant becomes liable to pay the defendants legal costs.
• Provision of Hire: The Credit Hire agreements that many ULR providers masquerade as a “benefit” actually give the provider the right to pursue your client for unpaid hire costs. Such pursuit is usually hostile and the client is then unlikely to renew with your company or ever approach you again for insurance. We offer your client provision of hire if their vehicle has been immobilised regardless of blame and we do not reserve the right to pursue for unrecoverable costs.
