Historical Interest:
- 18th century listed thatched cottage and converted stone barns.
- Many original feature:- Bog oak beams, open fireplace with crane, half-loft, joint wall with spy window and a cute little half door to take in the beautiful views.
Local Literary Interest:
- Classical scholar Helen Waddell lived in the local area with her sister for many years and is buried in the local church yard.
- Grandfather of the famous Bronte Sisters married in the local church at Magherally
Scenic Interest:
- Uninterupted views of the County Down Hills, Dromara Hills and Mourne Mountains.
