Portable Appliance Testing

Portable Appliance Testing (referred to as PAT Testing) is a process by which electrical appliances in an organisation are checked to see if they are safe. Testing includes a thorough visual inspection of the appliance before a series of electrical tests are performed.

Our testers follow a testing procedure designed to thoroughly test the safety of all your appliances. Our procedure wholly conforms to the code of practice laid out by the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) - the standards body responsible for PAT testing.

Property Maintenance

With electrics you can never be sure when a fault or breakdown is going to happen. We are often approached to enter a property initially to do a visual check and highlight any problems that may be evident.  After this we can put together a contract agreement where we will be available on call to repair any emergency breakdown problems for any number of rental property.

Inspection & Testing

We offer a comprehensive Inspection and Testing service carried out to standards set down in BS7671. We are both fully qualified to C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing.
