Aidan Creamer is a trained Fitness Instructor with a degree in Sport & Leisure Management has spent many years playing and coaching teams at the highest levels. Aidan was on a promising football career when in 1998, he suffered a serious brain haemorrhage.
Following a long period of forced inactivity, Aidan faced the challenge of rebuilding his own fitness. Drawing on this personal experience, Aidan has developed the LIMPET programme to encourage those who find the challenge of regaining fitness rather daunting.
The LIMPET programme is suitable for all ages and can be adapted for clubs, community venues or residential care settings.
Limpet has been trading about 6 Months (Jan 2003) and completed the Business Start up course organised by CIDO (Craigavon Industrial Development Organisation)
