Welcome to Inish Rath Island where we at Lake Isle Retreats offer short breaks in a variety of holistic pursuits and disciplines. Inish Rath is the ideal place to relax, meet warm friendly people and to refresh the spirit. This lake isle is situated on Upper Lough Erne in County Fermanagh, less than two hours drive from both Belfast and Dublin in Ireland.

On our island peacock, heron, swan, hare, deer and other wildlife wander freely in the peaceful Lakeland atmosphere. Encircling the island’s perimeter are dense indigenous woodlands and to the interior stands an elegant Victorian stately house. This former 19^th century nobleman’s home is now subdivided with facilities for yoga, conference, dining, meditation and a newly refurbished guest-wing.

Since 1984 Inish Rath has been the headquarters of the Hare Krishna community in Ireland. A golden temple shrine is an exotic introduction from India, whilst robed monks practise meditation from the early hours.

The retreats are open to all and are not denominational. Workshops are offered in:
