Kohan Contracts is an enterprise built on the experience of 22 years working in the construction industry - an industry that has experienced enormous changes over the past two decades.  

Where once clients offered little or no input into the way their project would be handled and it was left to the Builder and Architect to deliver what they believed the client wanted - now clients have become an intrinsic part of the project life cycle from an early stage and have a lot more say in the process.  This is a positive development and helps avoid any possible client disappointment in making their dream home a reality.  Builders have also come to accept that clients now have to be consulted at key stages to avoid problems further down the line. 

We at Kohan Contracts are passionate about building - we rise to every challenge and promote a consultative, innovative project cycle.  We are always looking for new products and new ideas to improve the quality of work we can offer clients.  We try to eliminate the grey areas and identify any additional costs that maybe over-looked, so that collectively we can turn dreams into reality.
