Hello, My Name is Katrina Devlin, I am 24 years old and have just brought the concept of multi-toning tables to the Cookstown and Mid-Ulster area.
The Salon is made up of 3 tables (with another bed being introduced late March) each bed is the same and performs a total of 16 exercises per bed. It is on each bed that you will perform your eight exercises per session. Each session will last 40 minutes with each exercise lasting 5 minutes each.
Each Person can avail of the introductory offer of £4-50 for their first session. Each session thereafter will be £7-00.
Customers can also purchase sessions of 5 for £32-50 or 10 sessions for £65-00.
