Just Ask...Sweets, Cakes and Bakes is a small enterprise run by myself, Caroline Fitzpatrick. At this time I am working from home but, as production increases, new premises may be sought.

After many years of supplying Hampers for special occasions to friends and family, I decided to "go public". My hamper baskets usually contained a cake, a selection of tray bakes or small cakes and home-made sweets and truffles. Depending on what was requested I would tailor the contents. Christmas was always busy.

I also make a wide range of cakes for special occasions, birthdays, Christmas and Christenings etc. These are usually covered with decorated fondant but "Just Ask" and I can usually produce what is requested. I make a particularly delicious coconut cake, both 1lb and 2lb or bigger if needed. I also make a varied selection of truffles; both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as other chocolates and sweets. "Just Ask" and I will show you a selection.

I always use fresh, high quality ingredients. I can also cater for those with allergies. If you can't eat chocolate then I use carob. If you cannot tolerate gluten then gluten free cakes are available.
