The company was started in 2002 by John Connaughton MRICS who has 18 years experience in the construction industry.  John is a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in construction techniques in accordance with statutory requirements.

Full statutory Approval drawings for Planning Permission and/or Building Control for the alteration, refurbishment, and extension of all types of domestic and non-domestic* properties.
*Non-domestic is classified as small-medium business premises.

Consultancy work carried out on all aspects of construction, including contractor selection, scheduling, etc.
