My name is Edward J.J. Mc Kinstry and I became self employed as an artist in January 2004.  My company name is J.J. Art.

I have become quite diverse in my range of art work including portraits, landscapes, and murals; by Easter of 2004 I was commissioned to create some abstract and semi abstract work for a client who wished to invest in my work.

I began to paint in oil colours in 1989 at the age of sixteen, and in 1994 I created my first mural which was painted in acrylic colours.

In January 2004 I was commissioned by Belfast City Airport to create a mural in the upstairs restaurant.  I am very grateful to have work exhibited in a major Belfast city centre hotel, which is proving very successful.
