Jane's Yoga was established in 2004.  Jane has been a professional yoga teacher for four years and has vast experience in the practice of yoga.  Trained by Yoga Therapy & Training Centre (YTTC) Jane has worked with Elderly, Children, Pregnant Women, Male and Female of all ages.  Jane's Yoga offers structured Yoga classes at all levels from beginner to advanced level.  Classes are currently available in Belfast and Banbridge.  If you are interested in attending a class or maybe you would like to try private tuition in the comfort of your own home, then contact Jane for more details.

Jane specialises in Hatha Yoga.  Hatha Yoga consists of Posture Techniques (Asanas), Breathe Awareness (Pranayama) and Relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

Everyone at sometime or another would like to unwind.  For various reasons we tend to hold on to tension caused by stress or anxiety and find ourselves becoming withdrawn or depressed.  With the help of Yoga you can learn how to unwind mentally and physically.

Whether you have practiced yoga before or a complete beginner, it need not matter, anyone can practice yoga.  You do not need to be a very flexible or fit person to be able to try the postures.  Learning different ways to stretch and tone the body from the inside out, combined with Breath awareness leads us to a more relaxed and tranquil state of mind.  You then become a calmer and positive person.
