Green Hat is a Fermanagh-based consultancy run by Bryony Flanagan, and launched in 2003.  The consultancy offers professional services for businesses and community organisations, specialising in arts, women’s and disability groups. The range of services offered includes:

Bryony has an MBA along with several post-graduate management qualifications, is a Licentiate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Fundraising.

Clients past and present include Making Music (National Federation of Music Societies), Fermanagh Trust, Women Making Waves, DARE Foundation, Cahoots NI, Fermanagh College, WEA and Women in Agriculture.

As well as working independently, Green Hat also works in partnership with other freelance arts / community consultants and practices, and is therefore able to offer an extended range of services to clients.
