Practice Profile

Established in January 2004 Graeme Kerr Building Surveyors is a friendly and highly professional practice of Chartered Building Surveyors. Since the practice is monitored by the RICS this offers our clients the protection and peace of mind that all aspects of our work are dealt with in a highly professional manner.

The Practices philosophy is to gain a detailed understanding of the client’s specific requirements at the outset. We can then utilise our expertise as construction professionals to provide our client with clear objectives of what is required, how it will be resourced and in what time frame it will be achieved.

Now in his second decade as a Chartered Building Surveyor Graeme Kerr as an extensive background and experience within the construction industry. Having previously been an Associate in a leading Northern Ireland multi-disciplinary consultancy practice Graeme has a broad base of experience and expertise in managing commissions on behalf of a variety of Private and Public sector clients.

Graeme Kerr is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Association for Project Safety (MaPS) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb)

As principal of the practice he carries out the majority of the surveying and initial design work as well as maintaining the day to day client liaison in respect of all commissions won by the practice. A high percentage of the work undertaken by the practice is referred to us by clients that are impressed at the speed and accuracy of service as well as the personal relationship that is maintained during the commission.
