"GET YOUR EARS ON"
A fun and innovative musical experience for children.

Hello everyone, my name is Pandy Walshe and I would like to welcome you to my brand new web page. If your wondering what this is all about, then read on and I shall enlighten you.

"GET YOUR EARS ON" is a guitar based workshop that I devised for myself in March 2003  aimed initially at KS2 pupils, although having already performed several times during this term, the children from P3 and P4 seemed to enjoy the experience also.

The main reason behind the project is to enhance children's listening skills through auditory discrimination involving 3 different types of guitar, (acoustic, bass and electric). The programme contains a lot of interaction through various questions, song extracts and some topical humour. Add to that a specially written song for the hard working teachers and you get a fun filled 40 minutes that gives you a brief insight into the importance of listening as well.

An information brochure is available on request by contacting me at my home telephone number which is 028 796 33688.

Here are just some of the comments from some of the schools I have already visited!

Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks for logging on!!
