gbmortgages.com is a new Business set up in 2003 by Granville Barker (gb) who has been a Professional Business Manager for over 40 years. Granville was a senior Technical Sales Manager in the Textile and Chemicals Industry for many years before entering the Financial Services Sector , originally joining Hambro Life ( later Allied Dunbar ) in 1982 where he was a Financial Consultant for a number of years.

On moving to Northern Ireland in 1991 he joined Laurentian Life in Belfast as a Business Adviser dealing in Insurance , pensions and Mortgage advice. When Laurentian ceased trading in N Ireland Granville established himself as a Business Consultant and helped to set up various small businesses in the Newry area.
