Dara facilitates groups, staff teams, organisations, management boards, in planning a project, maintaining and reviewing goals and strategies, restructuring and strategic planning, working with conflict and mediative processes, evaluation of projects, staff development, development and counselling, staff support and supervision, and mentoring.

Dara is currently working with the following projects:

• A 2 year project in conjunction with the Gallery of Photography, Dublin addressing the legacy of the troubles in the border countries in Northern Ireland.
• On-going training, staff support and supervision in Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro and Bosnia.
• Work with Social Services departments in England on staff issues relating to child protection work.
• Mediation work with communities, organisations and individuals.

Consultancy - Dara offers consultancy to organisations and individuals on a range of issues including working with conflict, staff support and supervision, managing change using developmental process oriented approaches.

Training - Dara offers assessment of training needs, design, and delivery, of appropriate organisational or group training Evaluations - Dara offers independent evaluations of projects Problem solving - Dara works within organisations to promote and develop creative problem solving.

Counselling - Dara offers a holistic model to individuals and organisations that wish to offer this service to its personnel Support and supervision - Dara offers individual or group supervision to elicit best practice through staff development.
