Dara Training and Consultancy enables people to become more creative and efficient in a personal, professional, and organisational capacity, through a range of services. The consultants draw upon wide variety of work settings with people and organisations and have developed good practice in working with people.

Peter McKee trained as a youth and community worker and later trained as a gestalt therapist. He has over 20 years of experience in community youth work, group work, community relations, therapy, project management and supervision. For seven years he has worked in a pivotal role in the setting-up and development of projects in youth and community work in the former Yugoslavia.

Mary Mc Anulty trained as a teacher and spent seven years working in education and development in Sudan and Argentina. On her return to Ireland she became engaged in working in community relations. To support this work she undertook a Diploma in Adult Education and Reconciliation from NUU. She has worked with Peter on projects in both Ireland and in the former Yugoslavia. Mary is an associate practitioner with Mediation Northern Ireland.
