Elle Enterprises works with unemployed people helping them to retrain/up skill in their chosen occupational areas. They also place participants in industry so that they can obtain valuable work experience. The business name ELLE stands for Elite Lifelong Learning Environment. The company manages New Deal Contracts in Coleraine, Ballymoney and Ballymena Council areas and work in partnership with directed training providers to offer tailor-made packages for individuals to help them bridge the gap to employment. We also work in Partnership with Premier Lifeskills to deliver Core Gateway Training for New Deal participants prior to joining new deal. These contracts are exclusive; therefore there are no direct competitors as the local Jobs and Benefit Offices refer all clients mandatorily to us. We have extensive experience in the training field. All staff previously worked for Enterprise Ulster who was the previous Lead Partner from the begining of New Deal in Northern Ireland. Our company comprises of highly motivated and qualified staff, has good links with industry in the local areas and good partnerships have been established across all business sectors. Elle Enterprises was established in December 2006, following the closure of Enterprise Ulster in Coleraine and Ballymena. The proprietor worked as an Operations Manager for Enterprise Ulster and on its closure and established her own business to take over the work that they previously undertook. Elle Enterprises is a relatively new business and will look to expand into other areas of training as it develops. The local Jobs and Benefits Office refers all current customers to us.
