Ashley is a former PE teacher and is qualified in Sports Massage Therapy with an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage as well as a VTCT Certificate in Sports Massage. He uses techniques to treat tension, soft tissue injuries, stress and postural problems and offers advice on remedial therapy and stretching techniques.

The Cottage is a health and well-being clinic also offering Platinum Detox - a safe, effective means of eliminating toxins from the body without harm. It aids the treatment of fatigue, arthritis, fluid retention, headaches, eczema, psoriasis and more.
