1) Concept Design - After an initial site meeting with the client to outline their objectives and requirements, the concept design will be developed. A sketch plan showing the layout of the premises and coloured perspective views are drawn to allow the client to visualise how their interior will look.

2) Detailed Design - Once conceptual design is agreed, interior construction drawings are compiled. These include room layout plans, showing furniture, ceiling, lighting, flooring, and wall elevations, all scaled and dimensioned. A colour scheme will be produced and internal finishes will be selected including carpets, tiles, wallpaper and fabrics. The exterior facade will also be addressed if necessary and a proposal will be produced. This package of information will allow the project to be priced and built by contractors and specialist joinery firms.

Work can then commence on site and the interior components i.e. bar counters and furniture can be fabricated in workshops off site. Regular site meetings and supervision will continue until the completion of the project.
