Our Practice provides advice, representation, civil engineering design and expert witness services to meet the needs of Architects, Developers, House-builders, Landowners, Planning Consultants and the Legal Profession.

We provide specialist civil engineering advice and services to those involved in the development of land, in particular, for residential and commercial purposes. In this regard we work as a team with other professionals endeavouring to successfully navigate development proposals through the Planning Application process.

Our involvement in Projects ranges from every stage of the proposal from feasibility right through to detailed civil engineering design with a view to securing final roads and drainage statutory approvals. Our objective is to add value to proposals by promoting efficient and effective development strategies, in particular relating to roads and drainage.
