• Misted Glass Units (broken down sealed units)

This can be resolved by replacing the glass unit. The unit is measured, a new one ordered and depending on the specification of the glass, replacement is carried out usually within a week.

• Cracked / Broken Glass

Once the damage has been assessed the window can be made secure if necessary until the newly measured glass unit is ordered and replacement should then be within a week unless the units are, for example, toughened or laminated.

• Broken Handles, Hinges, Window Locks, Door Locks

These can seriously affect the security of your windows / doors. Where possible handle type is matched to existing handles if still in manufacture, occasionally this requires a specialist order. Usually the stock carried is sufficient to carry out immediate replacement with the least inconvenience to customer.

Door panels available in standard double ply and high security finish.

Special high performance and high insulating double glazed units available on request - ideal for conservatories, these have insulating qualities which are twice those of standard double glazed units.
