Product Development
Working from your initial brief, sketches, photos and/or samples, we will provide an engineered first pattern ready for sampling and approval.

Fit Assessment
Diane will attend the fit meeting and conduct/assist with a complete assessment of the product on the model. Digital images will be taken.

Pattern Modification
Application of modifications to a pattern either received from a client or designed by Bamber Design Bureau.

Digitizing
Patterns received will be digitized and stored onto our CAD system, ready for grading, lay planning or transfer to another CAD system via email or simply an ideal place to keep a safe copy of your patterns.

Grading
Approved sample patterns will be graded according to an agreed size chart. We are happy to give advice and guidance on sizing where needed.

Pattern Production
Patterns may be printed on paper or transferred onto card.

Lay Planning
Marker plans are supplied direct via email, or printed in full scale on paper.

Costing Facilitation
Through generating grades and markers, we are able to determine the material usage for costing and production planning purposes.

Specifications
A range of detailed documents is available to assist clients in communicating all aspects of products to manufacturers e.g:

Data Export/Import
