A qualified Patisserie Chef and Baker and having trained with the Northern Ireland Hotel and Catering College, Vivienne has won numerous awards including the Northern Ireland Bakery Competition and the prestigious Salon Culinaire Award.

Vivienne has built a reputation of quality and personalised service over the years and is also a member of the British Sugercraft Guild.
