This ritual involves massaging the lower legs and feet as well as stimulating reflex points in the foot using a traditional small wooden stick. Thai Foot massage has elements of shiatsu, reflexology and Chinese massage. Hot Stone Massage - Back, neck and Shoulders £40 (1 Hour), Full Body £ 60 (100 Heavenly Minutes)
A deep cleansing back exfoliation is followed by a hot stone massage using skin nourishing jojoba oil. Once perfectly relaxed the body surrenders to the comforting warmth of the hot stones and the flowing movements of the treatment. A sensory journey designed with the focus on relaxation, rebalancing and rejuvenation.
Chakra Rebalancing £40 (1 Hour of harmony)
Chakras are subtle energy centers in the body that affect one's equilibrium and inner harmony and through which life-forces energy flows. Blocked and congested Chakras affect the emotional and physical body of an individual. Chakra balancing begins with the placement of stones some (some hot and some cold) on the individual whilst fully clothed. Vital energy points located on the hands and feet are manipulated, creating a sense of balance and grounding. Acupressure is applied to the head and scalp to focus and calm the mind and spirit.
Hot and Cold Stone Therapy £55 (1½ Hours)
This form of massage has its origins in Native American Indian healing and will challenge the way you view massage. The treatment involves the initial placement of stones, followed by massage using stones with alternating temperatures of hot and cold, creating a balance of Yin and Yang.

Indian Head Massage £35 (45 Minutes)
This ancient Indian practice, helps relieve symptoms of stress, headaches, insomnia, depression and mental tension.
Eastern Head Massage £35 (45 Minutes)
The focus of this treatment is to promote a sense of serenity. The movements used are soothing and not as stimulating as those used in the Indian Head Massage.
Abhyanga £40 (1 Hour)
Unlike massage common to western cultures, Abhyanga uses a different sequence of movements and application of oil. It is designed to stimulate circulation to the skin and elimination of toxins from the cells.
Shirodhara £80 (2 Hours)
This therapy induces a profound sense of peace, whilst balancing the emotions and calming the mind. A controlled flow of warm oil is gently poured over the "ajna" or the third-eye chakra, steaming down the crown chakra. Intensely relaxing to the mind, releasing stress and exhaustion at the deepest level. A blissful experience.
