The Ananda Healing Centre for Spiritual Unfoldment has come about through my own experience of anxiety, depression, tiredness, when the burden of life was almost too much to bear. In the 80's I came across the teachings of Guru Raj Ananda Yogi who founded The International Foundation for Spiritual Unfoldment and I began to meditate. Through regular meditation and spiritual practices I have turned my life around. Today I enjoy Love Life Laughter and it is my aim at the Centre to help others to turn their life around and enjoy life again, enjoy Love Life Laughter!

Available at the Centre is: Meditation; Crystal and Sound Healing; Colour Spiritual Healing; Reiki; Aromatherapy Massage; Reflexology and Psychic Consultations showing the path to empowerment, the path to harmony.

Workshops are run throughout the year on Crystal and Sound Healing; Colour Spiritual Healing; Meditation and the Psychic Arts.

Meditation is a technique for daily living, it builds us up physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It helps us to remove blockages and to reach our full potential in life.

In Colour Spiritual Healing we heal at Soul level. It helps us to find peace in our life, it is the path to freedom.
