The superb holiday apartment benefits from luxury modern appliances such as LCD TV and central island cooker and hob. There is also the additional benefit of a pool table and mini bar on the ground floor should you tire of water based activity. This apartment is a non smoking area and sleeps five.
The detached chalet is a 2 bedroomed old style cottage which has commanding views of the surrounding countryside giving visitors the choice of old world or new world living. The chalet sleeps four people.

- High Season - last week June, July, August, 1st week September and all Bank Holiday Weekends
- Mid Season - April, May, First 3 weeks in June, last 3 weeks September

Property Features
- The properties are fully equipped: linen for all persons is provided unless stated otherwise.
- Any losses or breakages must be paid for, and the Hirers are advised to check the inventory on arrival and to report any missing or damaged articles without delay.
- Towels, soap and dishcloths are provided.
- Hirers must be over the age of 18 years.
- If due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to arrive on the day or time arranged, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone. In the event of non-arrival and where no notice of late arrival has been received, the Owner or representative reserve the right to re-let the property from Mid-day on the day following the original schedule commencement of hire.
- Dogs are permitted and a dog kennel is provided. Dogs are not allowed in the house.
- Method of Payment: Payments may be made by cheque or cash - Cheques should be made payable to "P.Roycroft".

A Booking deposit of £80 must be paid at the time of booking

Balance of Hire Charge to be paid at time of arrival

The Hirer is responsible for the property, all equipment during the period of Hire, for the clean condition of all utensils, and for taking all reasonable care of the property and its equipment.

A refundable damage deposit is required. Damage deposit payable on arrival £80.

The Booking is made on the understanding that the property is to be placed at the disposal of the hirer on the date in question, unless the Owner is prevented from doing so by circumstances not under the control of the Owner, in which case the deposit shall be returned to the Hirer in full but the hirer shall have no claim on any account against the Owners.
