Qu. My client hasn't completed the SABp programme yet, but would like to receive the web package - what do I do?
Contact SABp-Web and provide the client's details (name and 5 digit SABp reference number).  We will seek approval from Enterprise Northern Ireland and let the client know if this has been achieved.  If it has, we will start work with the client as normal.  Please allow 3-4 working days for approval.

Qu. Can a client 'reserve' a web package to start at a later date?
Unfortunately clients are not able to 'reserve' their places - the SABp web package is offered on a first come first served basis according to the budget.

Qu. How long will the process take for a client?
Clients have 4 weeks to completed the entire web package from the date the contract is issued.  It is therefore important that clients have all the information ready at the time they pay the £50 fee.
