Herbal Medicine
Herbal remedies are devised specifically for each client and available exclusively from the in-house dispensary. Initial consultation will be held with a resident herbalist and last approximately 1 hour. Follow-up consultations are generally 15-30 minutes in duration.

Naturopathy
Naturopathic consultations incorporate a multi-disciplinary approach and may include a combination of dietary & lifestyle advice; herbal; vitamin & mineral supplementation; flower essences and homeopathic remedies. An initial consultation will be held with a resident naturopath and last approximately 1 hour. Follow-up consultations are generally 30 minutes in duration.

Colon Hydrotherapy
Colon Hydrotherapy is an internal bath designed to flush waste matter from the bowel. Depending upon the condition of the bowel, 3-12 sessions may be recommended. Treatments will be carried out by a trained colon hydro-therapist and will last approximately 1 hour.

Detoxification
Detoxification is the key to good health, more energy and an enhanced immune system. A variety of detoxification packages are available at 2nd Nature which are overseen by a therapist. In addition, tailor-made programs can be devised facilitating clients with specific needs. The duration of detox programs will vary accordingly.

Iridology
Iridology is a non-invasive technique which involves analysis of the colour, markings and structure of the iris of the eye, to establish an individual’s health status. Consultations will last approximately 45 minutes and clients will receive a colour print out of their iris.

Ozone Therapy
Ozone is an extremely therapeutic gas which can be administered in various ways. Ozone oxygenates the body and enhances natural healing and detoxification. The nature of the condition will determine which method is preferable and will always be overseen by a trained ozone therapist. The duration of ozone treatments will vary accordingly.

Aqua Chi Footspa
The Aqua Chi footspa is a bio-energy system which stimulates the body’s organs of elimination. It works at cellular level to rebalance and amplify the body’s energy field. The Aqua Chi is not only a powerful aid for detoxification - it is also a very relaxing and calming therapy. An Aqua Chi session will last 30 minutes.
